South-African model living in the brightly and full of live Istanbul. From South Africa to Istanbul we welcome Beyoğlu as the place of meeting. The busy streets packed full off students, buissines men, tourists, models and the Turkish residents.

Salma is modeling and besides that she studies to become a psychologist at Sabanci University. The future psychologist describes herself as a modern-day girl. Who takes one step at a time, greeting new adventures with a smile; as the modern-day girl should do!

DEEPER MEANING


The vision for the shoot was to blend the model's African roots with the essence of the ancient city, merging these two distinct feelings. We specifically sought out old buildings to capture and incorporate them into the imagery.
